If you’ve got the Golden Pacifier, it will make things a lot easier because you can control pregnancies. The Golden Diploma also helps later on when you are trying to become a surgeon or doctor. And one important thing is to make sure your character’s dad is alive because you’ll need him for a later step in the challenge.

How to Become a Doctor or Surgeon in Bitlife

This part takes a bit of work. First, make sure you have high smarts. Study hard and read books if you can. After high school, pick a university degree in Biology or Chemistry.

While your character is in college, keep their smarts up by visiting the library. Once your character graduates, apply to medical school. Keep studying hard there too, and don’t mess things up by doing drugs or drinking. When you finish, head over to the full-time job list and look for either a Doctor or Surgeon job.

How to Hook Up With Fathers in Bitlife

Now head over to the ‘Activities’ menu, tap on ‘Love,’ and then choose ‘Hook Up.’ The game will show you a random person you can hook up with. Check if they’re married because married people are more likely to have kids.
